We are delighted to welcome Liam to The Limes. Liam will manage our kitchen, oversee our new menus and work with our talented team to create fresh locally sourced meals for all our customers.

Liam brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 17 years. Starting his career at the Birmingham College of Food, and with highlights including cooking both for and with the Royal Family whilst serving in the British Army. During his last role he was the Development Chef for the market leading catering company, training and supporting over 10,000 of chefs to ensure the highest standards and consistency.
