Admirals restaurant is delighted to introduce our executive head chef Liam Hall. Liam brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 17 years. Starting his career at the Birmingham College of Food, his highlights include cooking both for and with the Royal Family whilst serving in the British Army. During his last role he was the Development Chef for the market leading catering company, training and supporting over 10,000 of chefs to ensure the highest standards and consistency.

We offer a fantastic lunch menu including a range of oven baked pizzas and handmade sandwiches. For a hearty meal, join us on the weekend for a sumptuous Sunday lunch with all the trimmings.


We are proud to present our brand new Bistro menu created by head chef Liam. From succulent pork belly and British reared lamb to our cajun spiced vegan burger, we have something to suit all of your needs.
